Tasty Tuesday Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls!

The flavor of the day is chocolate! I hate to admit this, but sometimes when I'm desperate for something sweet, I make this in smaller amounts and mix in unmelted chocolate chips for a decadent treat that can be rolled into balls or eaten with a spoon.

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

2 lbs chocolate coating or chips
12 oz jar peanut butter
2 sticks soft butter
5 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Mix everything together except the chocolate. Roll into balls, chill, then dip in melted chocolate. Chill on waxed paper.

  4. I've made these Yummy Chocolate PB Bon Bons many times. CHERYL, when do the rest of us horny humans get to read Wildcat? Alicia you know that the human anatomy is one big puzzle piece. And the male and female parts fit together perfectly. BUT there's just no way that Chocolate PIECE fits in your mouth or anywhere else. Not humanly possible. LOL

  5. Yeah. He looks downright edible, Ana. Actually, both of them do!

There will be at least one more Cat Star book, Suzy. After that, who knows? Glad you and Susan are enjoying Wildcat! Don't worry, Donna. I'll have some more contests soon! I have several more ARCs to give away.

There was never any question, Alicia. Let us know how it turns out!

  6. In most circumstances, that much chocolate is a migraine waiting to happen, but in this case, I think it's the cure. ;-)

  7. you can also replace the chocolate with white chocolate chips. I make these all the time for my Hubby. He is deathly allergic to chocolate. They turn out really good.
That hunk would look great with some white chocolate on him too.
