Tasty Tuesday Orange Blossom Balls!

Since the holidays are rapidly approaching, here's another festive recipe from our own Diva Donna! These were a big hit with my family!

Orange Blossom Balls

Ingredients
1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers, crushed
1 can (6 oz) orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted.
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1 pkg sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions
Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Mix with sugar and add undiluted juice and nuts. Mix well. Shape into small balls and roll in coconut. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  1. I think I'm going to climb back in bed and do some taste testing of those balls! I may be a while. There may have to be some hair pulling to get me out of there! :D

Your retreat sounded like a fun time, Cheryl! I'm glad you got to do some relaxing! :o)

  2. Not a fan of anything orange flavored. I'll take the man-flavored ones though.

  3. Retreat wasn't as relaxing for me as it usually is. Makes a difference when you're one of the people taking care of the details. I did have fun though!

I don't like fake orange, either, Megan, but real orange juice sounds pretty good.

  5. I must say , I almost forgot about these great balls. But that kiss of orange in this recipe is Tasty. But I think a kiss to these HUGE Balls would also be very YUMMY. Looking at my hand seeing a fist full of hair. Sorry Tatum. But you were hogging the balls.
