"Baked in a tangy dilled buttermilk-Parmesan batter, these are great solo, but hold their own in your favorite dipping sauces, too."
Ingredients:
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves
2 eggs
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Remove all fat from chicken breasts and cut into 1 inch by 4 inch strips. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk. In a plastic resealable bag mix together the bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dill weed.
3. Dip each chicken strips into buttermilk mixture, then into bread crumb mixture (about 4 strips at a time), and toss to coat well. Place strips in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish and drizzle with melted butter/margarine. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once after about 8 minutes of baking time.

  13. HOT Damn,
I said it. And I'm not taking it back.
I can't stay away from these two long haired hunka hunka burning love.
You know if you think about it. This recipe is very appropriate today.
Both are good enough to eat, and both are for lickable and great for dipping in your favorite sauce. Even Chocolate Cheryl.

  14. Cruel, MsM? I call it "creating suspense...."

Now, Donna is cruel. Imagine Marco dipped in chocolate and you'll get my drift.

You were right the first time, Estella. He IS a feast for the eyes....and other things...

  15. No way I can’t belief I missed dipping Marco in chocolate! *sigh* Well am I too late? Did you girls ravished him already?

  16. No Leslie, I'm sure there is still some Marco a la chocolate left for you. A few of us took a peek at Marco, but ran back to Monday's hunk. I'm having a hard time letting him go.

  17. Ooh yeah! I see your point Lisa Monday hunk’s hair is longer and those piercing are so sexy *wicked grin* no wonder we all find him more erotic. But I’m still glad I get a piece of Marco too. He is just too yummy to let him pass without a couple of nibbles first.
