  1. I've never had lentils. Wow I may have to try this.

And hello cowboy. He reminds me of Delilah Devlin's cowboy books. Yummmyyyylicious. I'd ride him any day :D

  2. Oh Yes, Ana!! Lentils are very Yummy and nutritious.
And so is Iggy. He's so cute. He should come with a Sign.
Eat me, I taste like Chicken.

So get out your napkins. Let's enjoy the Stew. plenty for everyone.

  3. I love lentils and in this recipe they sound delicious. Thanks Donna! I'll make this for dinner today.

Well Helloooo there cowboy!!! I'll be taking you for a ride before dinner *wink*

  4. Donna, really, "eat me, I taste like Chicken!" That is hilarious!!! Love the way you think...;)

    The receipe sound great...

  5. Oh!!! Yes Ladies,
This picture doesn't do him justice at all. I have to say Ignacio Casano is one of the most delicious men we've had on this Blog EVER. His Eyes, hair, smile, and......all other body parts.
So eat him up!!!!!I'm sure he's ready for seconds , thirds..... oh he's a special delicacy.

  6. This looks very good Donna. I've had lentils but only in Indian food. I always thought you had to cook them a really long time, but this recipe seems to go together quite quickly.

I wonder if my kids will like it? Hmmmm....can't wait to try it!

  7. I could work the ranch with Iggy and then we could go to Cheryl's pole barn for a little R&R. Fine looking cowboy that I wouldn't mind seeing more of...I'm picturing him in chaps ONLY.

I agree Jessica. Diva Donna you have a wicked sense of humor that I, too, appreciate.

Hey, Jessica did you notice who talked about "lentils" first and who talked about our hot cowboy first? Wonder what that says about us? *snort* *snort*

The recipe does sound tasty and I love lentils but I rarely cook for more than one. I frequently have lentil soup or lentils with noodles.

I love my cave and can happily live in it for days on end BUT I can also usually get out for a walk. Weatherman is predicting another 6-8 inches on top of the 25-30 inches that hasn't melted yet. I feel snow madness coming on....maybe even "fritic" (the ID word).

  8. Ladies,
I'm glad you're enjoying our tasty Cowboy Iggy.
Iggy seems to like to tease us. He wants you to use your imagination.
He's not to Anxious to show off his Dangling bits. I have found delicious pictures. But he always leaves something to the imagination. I'll keep looking.

  9. oh hell, i though lentil was just the name of that streisand movie. ooops, got that wrong. i've never had them b4.

oh & btw, the end of "some like it kilted" was very good. i love stories when i can feel the love. & it has a nice tie-in with the next book. highly recommeded.

just started my next book. amanda ashley "everlasting kiss" a vampire story. will let u know how it goes.

  10. bean??? i was looking 4 some nuts...lol

  11. Ohhhh, yummy! Both the stew recipe AND Iggy! You know he's one of my favorites. Donna, I was LMAO at "Eat me, I taste like chicken!" The man is delicious. And I actually kind of like the fact that his pictures all leave something to the imagination....such a sexy, mysterious man:-)

  12. Thanks Kendra,
You crawled out of your Snowbank to see Iggy and have some stew. I'm glad you made it.
He has been a man of mystery. He's stopped by your place. A time or two. And always a perfect Gentleman. And he came by to see Cheryl dressed in his cowboy duds. But she's still at the lake. Come back again Iggy. Wear just your smile next time. We'll be waiting.
