Tasty Tuesday WW Mexican Meatloaf!

We have a new recipe contributor! Judy sent this one for those of us who are (or, as in my case, should be) watching our weight.

Cook this spiced-up meatloaf on a broiler pan so any excess fat can drip away. Line the bottom of the pan with foil for speedy clean up.

  6. Tell Judy we love the recipe. Is that a WW new points plus? And oh boy, This guy gets extra points from me for coming to dinner ready to dish us up his meat too. The problem is I think we'll have to reheat the Mexican Meatloaf because we'll have to have dessert first. Right Merry Mary?

  9. I cook the meat loaf in one of those 2 layer meat loaf pans. Lot easier that way.

  10. P. S. It's probably 4 points now. I take 1/2 serving, smash it on one of the sandwich thins and top with low cal barbecue sauce. Yummy.

  11. Judy,
I'll have to look for one of those 2 layer pans. The fat drains out of them. Right? Thanks. Have you figured this recipe with the new Points plus? My hubs likes his meatloaf.
