Tasty Tuesday WW Mexican Meatloaf!

We have a new recipe contributor! Judy sent this one for those of us who are (or, as in my case, should be) watching our weight.

Cook this spiced-up meatloaf on a broiler pan so any excess fat can drip away. Line the bottom of the pan with foil for speedy clean up.

  1. Well don't stop on my account LOL.
What a cute & sexy pic. Makes me want to help get it off so we can get it on.

  2. Very nice. Like his face as well as his sweet shape. :)

  3. Geeze... didn't anyone notice the recipe????

  4. Recipe? What recipe? Oh, I see one now...it sounds great, Cheryl! Thank Judy for us.

I'll try to not comment on the delectable man and is oh so engaging pose...oops...couldn't help myself!

  5. The recipe sounds as tasty as the hunk looks. I'd like to try both of them .Mmmmm

  6. Tell Judy we love the recipe. Is that a WW new points plus? And oh boy, This guy gets extra points from me for coming to dinner ready to dish us up his meat too. The problem is I think we'll have to reheat the Mexican Meatloaf because we'll have to have dessert first. Right Merry Mary?

  7. Dinner and dessert!
    Perfect! :)

  8. Cheryl...Are you serious? Would the YAH-YAH's REALLY notice a recipe before delectable man flesh? I think not;)

Having said that, please thank Judy (who?) for her contribution. It does sound good:)

  9. I cook the meat loaf in one of those 2 layer meat loaf pans. Lot easier that way.

  10. P. S. It's probably 4 points now. I take 1/2 serving, smash it on one of the sandwich thins and top with low cal barbecue sauce. Yummy.

  11. Judy,
I'll have to look for one of those 2 layer pans. The fat drains out of them. Right? Thanks. Have you figured this recipe with the new Points plus? My hubs likes his meatloaf.
